What is the Connoisseurs Club?
The Connoisseurs Club is an exclusive member’s club, where investors automatically become members when they purchase bottles and casks of Connoisseur brand aged Irish Whiskey StarIGT’s (Income Generated Tokens). Owning StarIGTs, which are attached to the aged Irish Whiskey, gives members the ability to enjoy passive income from owning the tokenized aged Irish Whiskey and from the income generated from Connoisseurs Club operations.
How much does it cost to become a Connoisseur Club Member?
There is no membership fee to join the Connoisseur Club, as your membership is included when you purchase Connoisseur branded products, which initially are aged bottles and casks of Irish Whiskey.
As a member of the Connoisseur Club, do I earn income from my investment in Connoisseur-brand aged Irish Whiskey?
Based on your membership level of Blue to Black status level in the Connoisseurs Club, you will earn a monthly passive income from the business of the Connoisseurs Club, determined by the cash flow generated from the planned Distillery, the Bonded Warehouses, Connoisseurs Club Lounges, Restaurants, Resorts and related businesses. The members receive fifty percent (50%) of the Connoisseurs Club’s net cash flow pooled and distributed as a percentage of investment in products held for thirty (30) days, paid in StarXP (StarPOINTS) monthly.
How many levels of membership are available in the Connoisseurs Club?
Membership levels in the Connoisseur Club are from Blue (can be a single bottle representing a single fraction of a cask); Ruby; Gold; Platinum (100 bottles); and Black representing a single cask (there are 250 bottles/fractions in a cask).
What benefits do members enjoy when they join the Connoisseurs Club?
Connoisseurs Club Members enjoy tokenized ownership of Connoisseur brand of Aged Irish Whiskey, which includes access to Connoisseurs Club Lounges. Initially, in the Seychelles, Northern Ireland (UK) and Bali (Indonesia) with further locations planned. Members have the privilege to visit the Connoisseurs Club operations of its and third-party supplier distilleries, bonded warehouses etc. Northern Ireland. Connoisseurs Club members are also issued a CCLMIT or Connoisseurs Club Membership Identification which is linked to their StarWALLET and the StarTREC and StarXP functions and services provided and managed by StarMEX Digital Services Ltd.
How does Connoisseurs Club operate?
Connoisseurs Club Ltd is incorporated in Seychelles and is operated for the benefit of its members, who own rights to Connoisseur-aged Irish Whiskey or other tokenized Connoisseur products and services, and share in 50% of Connoisseur Club monthly net cash flow. Monthly income share is remitted in the form of StarXP redeemable tokens. Members can use StarXP Tokens to acquire Goods and Services from approved Merchants, additional StarIGTs for Bottles and/or Casks of aged Irish Whiskey or other Connoisseur Club products and services, or simply cash out to the local fiat currency.

Connoisseurs Club Ltd operates in Northern Ireland (UK) and Europe and Bali, Indonesia for Asia and Oceania and soon India and the Americas.

What is Connoisseur brand Aged Irish Whiskey?
Connoisseur brand Aged Irish Whiskey is Oak Cask aged Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Initially, casks are purchased from premier Distilleries and soon will additionally distilled at Connoisseurs Club distilleries. We have eight products to choose from when investing; 12 year Irish Whiskey bottles and casks, 18 year Irish Whiskey bottles and casks, 25 year Irish Whiskey bottles and casks and 50 year Irish Whiskey bottles and casks.
How are the sprites kept?
The Connoisseurs Club is building its own purpose-built bonded warehouse maturation facilities. Insurance and storage for the entire maturation period are fully covered in the purchase of the StarIGT Irish Whiskey tokens.
People who invest in contracts or tokens representing tangible assets are often worried about operations and maintenance during the holding period, and rightly so! We offer storage in a government-bonded, fully insured warehouse, meaning that the casks are safe against fire, floods, theft or accidental damage. Investors can leave their investment to grow with perfect peace of mind.
Can I request samples of my cask whiskey?
Yes! You can request samples of your whiskey cask. You can also request a re-gauge to give an update on your cask’s maturation.
Can whiskey go off or be spoiled?
Established whiskey distilleries have thorough quality controls before casking. During the aging process, it is extremely rare for anything negative to happen. In the very rare event that something was to happen, the loss would be replaced and/or compensated.
What factors determine the value of Irish Whiskey?
Great-tasting whiskey commands a premium valuation, and longer-aged whiskeys are on average more valuable than less mature whiskeys. Factors in predicting valuation include the year of production, type of cask, distillery, age, OLA (Original Litres of Alcohol), RLA (Remaining Litres of Alcohol) and ABV (Alcohol by Volume.)
How does cask storage work?
Once purchased, casks are barcoded, tagged, and stored in our secure government-bonded warehouse where they are held securely and safely. Storage and insurance for this period is included within the purchase price, and this covers fire, theft, and accidental damage.

What are StarIGT’s?
IGT stands for Income Generating Tokens and these tokens represent ownership in Connoisseur branded aged Irish Whiskey products.
How does StarIGT work?
IGTs are digital tokens are RWA (representing real-world business assets) that can be bought from or sold to other members via the StarIGT notice board. Investors who purchase StarIGT tokens enjoy a stream of passive income simply by investing in StarIGT’s and becoming a member of the Connoisseurs Club.
How do I buy StarIGTs?
StarIGTs can be purchased with StarXP tokens, which can be purchased in your StarWALLET, or with StarX tokens, which can also be purchased from within your StarWALLET on market at Latoken or the Coinstore exchange. You will need to register and complete the KYC process. You can store StarXP, StarX and StarIGT’s in your StarWALLET.
Where can I see my RWA (assets) portfolio?
All StarIGTs are held in each Member’s StarWALLETs, a StarCHAIN-compliant super app for the storage of Blockchain Tokens including your StarX and StarXP, even your Bitcoin.
StarIGTs are StarTREC-enabled tokens, what does this mean?
- T Transfer (Trade) your StarIGTs via the Club's Notice Board on which Members communicate with each other and may opt to sell their Tokens to other Members or simply
- R StarIGTs are Redeemable for StarXP Tokens equivalent to the original issue price (floor price) at any time after 90 days and converted to cash minus a cash out fee and/or redeemed against StarX Utility tokens at the fixed application conversion rate and cashed out.
- E StarIGTs can be Exchanged for smaller units representing 1/10 or 1/100 units of the StarIGTs originally issued to Members.
- C StarIGTs may also be Converted into StarX Tokens at a fixed ratio as with StarXP. StarX Tokens are Utility tokens listed on public Cryptocurrency Exchanges and can be traded or cash out.
What is the great advantage of StarTREC enabled Star IGT’s?
As Star IGT’s are StarTREC enabled, there are many ways for StarIGT holders to make money! Have fun trading StarIGT’s and you always have the option to exit and not take delivery of your Aged Irish Whiskey by converting with StarIGT’s to StarX Tokens or StarXP.

A StarXP is a reward point issued on the Blockchain by third party merchants and by StarWORKS as the currency used within the StarWORKS Ecosystem, managed by StarMEX Digital Services Ltd. The Connoisseurs Club issues StarXPs, as part of its own Ecosystem, to its investor membership as a monthly distribution of net income.
What can StarXP be used for?
StarXP are a versatile cross border instrument; they are effectively a fixed risk aversed voucher that can be redeemed for goods and services, globally where there are approved merchants. In certain jurisdictions they can be cashed out into local fiat currency via StarMEX Digital Services Ltd.
Can I use my StarXP to acquire more Aged Irish Whiskey StarIGTs
StarXP can be used to acquire more Aged Irish Whiskey IGTs or other products offered by the Connoisseurs Club. Simply by selecting an item within your StarWALLET marketplace you can use your StarXPs to settlement payment.

What are StarX
StarX are the gateway currency from local fiat currency into the StarWORKS ecosystem. They are tradable instruments (Utility Tokens) on the Ethereum Blockchain that are tradable of the Latoken and Coinstore public Crypto exchanges and/or on StarMEX Digital Services OTC (over-the-counter) marketplace that can be accessed from StarWALLET.
Are StarX Tokens secured like StarIGTs

An Important Fact about the Convertibility of StarIGTs
Convertibility of StarIGT’s
The Convertibility of StarIGT’s into StarX Tokens is a huge part of the value of Connoisseurs Club tokens. A portion of the purchase price is used to purchase StarX Tokens that are attached to the product purchases. either from the Treasury or on the market at Latoken and Coinstore Exchanges. In both cases this reduces the market liquidity of StarX effectively driving up the market value of StarX Tokens, the cryptocurrency of our Starworks Ecosystem.
Conversion of StarIGTs to StarX
Once the market price of StarX Tokens rises above say US$10, you may wish to redeem your StarX Tokens as they will have a higher value than the price you originally paid for your StarIGTs and/or greater than the NCV (Net Current Value) of the Product and subsequently retain or cash out.
When to covert StarIGTs to StarX
We are not forecasting this to occur for some time, but we anticipate that the value of StarX Tokens will be well above US$10 long before the delivery date for the Irish Whiskey represented by your StarIGT’s. When this happens, the value of the underlying StarX Tokens will also drive up the value of the StarIGT’s themselves, either way you can benefit from the valuation increase without actually converting into StarX Tokens, however, the decision is under your control.
